Just Recently

I had a very busy fall with installations in Wisconsin, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Florida:

The fifth grade of this local school had a wonderful time creating this sculpture.

Working with 470 students over two weeks, each student created their own maquette (artist’s model) in preparation for a full scale installation this spring. For more information on this project, visit my Mobilizing Our Community page.

Working with two middle schools and a high school, we created three installations in two weeks. This is part of my artistic team at Iola Middle school.

Working with three elementary schools over two weeks, we created an installation for a Second Street Live, new theatre opening in March. Currently, the mobiles are hanging in the schools, waiting to be brought together and installed in the new lobby for the grand opening.

With the help of a grant from the Florida Builds Culture Foundation, I worked with 450 students from five schools over three weeks to create this trio of sculptures installed at a public park in Belle Glade.
